Managed Offices News - August 2012

The Managed Offices team has been very busy at Instant lately, so we thought it was about time to share some of the activity with you!

Across London, Derby and York Instant now manage over a quarter of a million square feet of office space for a significant number of clients. Of this total figure, over 65,000 square feet has been taken under management in just the last four months. This really is substantial, and it's keeping our Client Services team even more busy than usual!

It's also brilliant to see that a number of our tenants are choosing to extend their stay in Instant's Managed Offices, or expand into even larger premises with us. In fact, almost 25% of the square footage that Instant currently manage comes from tenant's choosing to stay and expand with us. We're really delighted about this, of course.

To match this growth we've also needed to add some shiny new faces to the ranks of the Managed Offices team. The last 18 months has seen seven new people join the division, to help us drive and deliver the next phase of business growth. You can have a look at them in the picture below.  You can also swot up on everyone in the Managed Offices team here - it's an ever expanding directory!

Which brings us to our next point...We're currently recruiting for three new positions in our Managed Offices team at the moment: Head of Managed Office Sales, Associate Director and Graduate Surveyor.
