Back in 1991, the It’s Just Lunch (IJL) dating service was founded by a resourceful business woman who felt that the best way to meet the right person was not online but face to face, and to connect like minded folk for first dates over lunch, or a drink after work.
A fairly simple concept but one that has led to over 2 million first dates and successfully matched tens of thousands of business professionals, all over the world.
In many respects, we at Instant work the same way, matching businesses and their needs to the most suitable office space. Perhaps that’s why Instant and IJL get on so well. IJL, who have offices both all over the US and the world,have
been an Instant Club member since they started working with our team in Boca Raton over two years ago.
From our perspective having IJL as a member of the Instant Club has certainly helped us develop an understanding of their business requirements. This means we can act quickly and, importantly, act effectively to find them the right solutions with the minimum of fuss.
Rachel Wilson, IJL’s Legal and Lease Manager, explains their unique needs “our office space requirements are very specific but nonetheless demanding. We acquire several offices at a time and often require immediate turn-around.”
But that’s not all; she goes on to say, “some of our locations are in secondary markets which often pose a challenge in terms of space availability and the vendor's capacity to meet our sundry requirements.”
Despite these unique requirements, we’ve successfully found IJL space in the right place and at the right time. A service that has been “invaluable” to IJL and made the Boca Raton team “a cornerstone” of IJL’s office acquisition process.
Rachel sums it up, “Instant have made the daunting task of locating, negotiating and acquiring office space manageable and efficient and have consistently provided outstanding customer service.”
She adds “we look forward to continuing to work with the Instant team in Boca Raton and greatly appreciate their commitment and hard work.”
So it’s true what they say, relationships do need commitment and hard work. It looks like Instant and IJL will have a very happy future together.
