In 2010 we welcomed many new faces to Instant and we are totally committed to providing an environment that develops and encourages our people, creating a culture of innovation and team work. We are also excited and proud to announce that we reached number 23 in the Sunday Times Best Small Companies to work for. Only 13 companies have managed a top 100 result for each of the last 4 years so this really is great news and a wonderful achievement for us which we wanted to share with you. This follows Instant’s Dan Szweda winning the ‘Broker of the Year’ award at the BCA dinner in November 2010 and we again want to thank those of you who voted for him and other Instant staff!

We also wanted to let you know that we have geographical experts now back working on your regions and many of our team have been out seeing lots of your centres and it was great to be able to combine The BCA Regional Edinburgh meeting with Chris Stewart and RJ Peach, who cover the Scotland markets, visiting many of the centres in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
