Set up by Harry and Hen Ferdinando, 1moreChild runs a home and a youth centre for street children in Uganda.  The charity works to give these kids confidence and real hope for a better future and a life that offers contribution back to their family and society and independence.

Many of these children have traumatic backgrounds, and it’s through counselling, social care and mentoring that they build real, non abusive and trusting relationships with adults and each other, learning vocational skills and basic maths and English, and fair play through football!

Most of our Instant employees now give a monthly amount from their salary through Give As Your Earn and the company matches the donations £ for £.

As a result we have now taken 30 children out of the slum and we would love to encourage other businesses to do the same.

It's amazing how enthusiastic and engaged the business is about the project - it really binds us together, we’re focused on doing something good and giving back.

It’s becoming more vital for people to contribute positively to society through their work, this is a really effective and worthy cause. We want to ask you to join us and help change these children’s lives.
