The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work for says we're Best for Wellbeing!

In addition to jumping 20 places in this year’s league, Instant Offices was named ‘Best for Wellbeing’. Based on confidential and in-depth employee surveys conducted by Best Companies, the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work for list recognizes Instant Offices as a beacon of excellence, which continues to define leading workplace practices, engaging and motivating employees even in today’s troubled times. It commends many aspects of the multi-award winning company, in particular the following:

 

·          leadership (an 86% positive score overall). Staff are inspired by their leader (89%) and say Rob Hamilton, Founder and CEO, runs the firm on sound moral principles (86%)

·          senior managers truly live the values of straightforwardness and cooperation (87%)

·          employees are excited about where the firm in is going (86%). They feel they can make a difference (90% positive, and the top score for this question), and there are no limits as to how much they can learn and grow (75%).
