Instant are delighted to welcome Charlotte Willis to the Instant Management Team.

Charlotte joined in January 2010 as Head of Finance for Instant. Her aim is to develop the team to match the fast growing organisation and to ensure its varied needs are met and supported. Charlotte is a Chartered Accountant, joining Instant after 8 years in private practice, with 5 of these as a senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. While there she managed a large and varied portfolio of clients giving her great experience of different companies and industries. One of her key strengths is her coaching and training of team members.

Charlotte obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting & Finance from Middlesex University, and is ACCA qualified. She is also Honorary Club Secretary for Wimbledon Rugby Football Club and a loyal member of their currently unbeaten ladies team.
