Introducing our 'Operator Golden ticket' and our first winner!

At Instant each month we celebrate success within the teams by giving away 'Golden tickets' to colleagues who are nominated by their team members for doing something outstanding and who they believe deserves a winning ticket. Colleagues send in nominations throughout the month and we announce the top winners at our monthly company event. We have decided to extend this to all of you and so, on a quarterly basis from here on in, we will be announcing our top Operator Golden ticket winner with a prize from Instant.

So what do you need to do to be nominated by an Instant team member? It is all about being great to work with, exceeding expectations, working with the prospect and working really closely with us to get the deal done and more. It's all about standing out and being rewarded for this.

To kick things off we would like to announce our first winner of the 'Operator Golden ticket'. We are delighted to announce that the first Golden Ticket goes to Real Office Centers' Michelle Chavoor. Instant Consultant Shannon Sanguinetti summed up perfectly why Michelle won saying:
