The Corporate Team at Instant experienced good growth during 2010 and this trend is continuing into 2011.

With the challenges we face in today’s economy it is encouraging that large corporations are increasingly turning to serviced offices to meet their short term needs.  In times of uncertainty, businesses appreciate the flexibility to expand or contract as required and the ability to move straight in to a fully equipped office with no capital outlay. Using flexible office space as part of a diverse property portfolio makes more sense than ever.

Over the last three months, Nov 2010 through to Jan 2011 we completed 74 deals to supply over 1000 workstations , a 20% increase on the same period last year. This is in large part due to the development of on-going relationships with corporate clients and acting as an advisor in all aspects of flexible office search.

One of the highlights of the year was entering into a Preferred Partnership with Texas Instruments. Instant now takes on the challenge of managing their entire portfolio of serviced offices and has the responsibility for negotiating all renewals and new agreements with operators across the globe. In addition to this, the service includes resolving any operational issues that arise in any of the serviced offices and providing up to date management information and market data. We are pleased to be working with Texas Instruments and look forward to developing a long-term relationship with this globally renowned company.
