Highlighting recent Managed Offices customers such as Balfour Beatty, Vinci, CH2M, CB&I and Network Rail, Seb was integral to creating the Managed Offices concept back in 1999 to deliver tailored office solutions.

Key selling points include the customer-led choice of fit-out and location. For example, Instant created the right office solution for Network Rail directly overlooking the construction site they were working on, and fit-out is regularly adjusted to accommodate everything from muddy boots to more meeting rooms depending on the tenant's needs.

This approach has seen Instant's Managed Offices business double in size with construction clients keen to outsource their shorter term property requirements while they maintain their focus on the larger infrastructure projects.
