As part of Instant wanting to ‘bring the outside world in’ and be inspired and learn from other people, we have been asking people who have done great things to come in and talk to us.

We kicked this off earlier in the year with the force that is Lara Morgan who came in and shared her experiences with us all. We’d like to share a little more with you and hope you might be inspired too.

Lara Morgan set up own her international business, Pacific Direct, before selling the company in 2008. She now runs Company Shortcuts (www.companyshortcuts.com), a platform for entrepreneurs to access unique short cuts, check-lists and business performance measurement systems to free up time, increase effectiveness and help accelerate growth.

Lara's book 'More Balls that Most' was recently launched and has been seen on lots of desks throughout Instant. A great read where Lara really tells it as it is.
