We are very excited about this quarter’s winner of our Operator Golden Ticket Award. Just as a reminder, every month at Instant we celebrate success and outstanding contributions to our business with a 'Golden Ticket' prize for great colleagues who have been amazing in their role during that month. This is now our third quarter in extending this to all of you and awarding the winner our Operator Golden Ticket for your outstanding contributions.

The Instant team put forward their nominations each quarter and we are pleased to see these increasing. This is all about nominating those of you who are great to work with, exceed expectations, and who work closely with us to ensure the deals gets done.

We're delighted to announce that the winner of our Operator Golden Ticket in Asia Pacific for October 2011 goes to Lion Kraaijbeek at Regus, in Malaysia. Our team said "Lion is always able do tours for our clients at any time suitable for the client. He always contacts us after the tour with great feedback and we work very closely together to make the deal happen. Lion is brilliant with his pre and post tour feedback, which is essential, and as a result, we are able to close more deals.
