Every month at Instant we celebrate success and outstanding contributions to our business with a 'Golden Ticket' prize for great colleagues who have been amazing in their role during that month. We've now decided to extend this to all of you and offer an Operator Golden Ticket for outstanding contributions from you.

The Operator award is made quarterly, with nominations coming from Instant team members. Their brief is to put forward those of you who are great to work with, exceed expectations, and are willing to work closely with us to ensure the deal gets done.

We're pleased to announce that the winner of the award for the Asia Pacific region, for July 2011, is Melissa Schilo at Servcorp.

Our team said “Melissa is responsible for corporate sales, and she is very enthusiastic in her work, providing us with everything we need to help us win business for Servcorp. Her dedication during the “Japan Crisis” was unprecedented. She worked around the clock and gave our clients in Tokyo priority in securing the limited amount of space that was available in other cities throughout the country. She really is a wonderful asset to both Servcorp and the Instant team.”

Melissa adds: "It is so nice that your team do this for Operators and I cannot tell you how absolutely thrilled I am! Your whole team are so wonderful to work with. We really have an honest working relationship, knowing where we stand at all times. I think that is rare."

We'd all like to say well done to Melissa, and we hope she enjoys the shopping vouchers from Instant as a result of her win.

We'd also like to offer congratulations to July's runner-up Pat Gabriel from Regus. Pat communicates well, stays on top of leads and is a pleasure to work with.
