We are very excited about this quarter’s winner of our Operator Golden Ticket Award. Just as a reminder, every month at Instant we celebrate success and outstanding contributions to our business with a 'Golden Ticket' prize for great colleagues who have been amazing in their role during that month. This is now our third quarter in extending this to all of you and awarding the winner our Operator Golden Ticket for your outstanding contributions.

The Instant team put forward their nominations each quarter and we are pleased to see these increasing. This is all about nominating those of you who are great to work with, exceed expectations, and who work closely with us to ensure the deals gets done.

We're delighted to announce that the winner of our Operator Golden Ticket in the Americas for October 2011 goes to Debbie Van Dyne at Cohen-Esrey Real Estate Services, in Kansas. Debbie received many nominations from the team who said "Debbie is on top of every lead we send her. She works closely with us to get the deals done! We have closed several deals together and her hard work is appreciated! Debbie provides invaluable feedback after tours or speaking with prospects and her communication with us is exemplary. She is the perfect example of a Golden ticket winner!"

Debbie adds: "I could not have received this award if it had not been for my consultant, Monica Williams. We have closed many deals together due to her knowledge of the Kansas City area. It is always a pleasure to work with someone who thoroughly enjoys working as a team. It was truly a surprise and an honor to be this quarter’s Golden Ticket winner. I look forward to continuing to work with your team at Instant."

Debbie is the lucky recipient of her Operator Golden Ticket trophy and gift. Well done and congratulations from us all.

We would also like to say a huge well done to our runners up - Simone Rones and Bernadette Walker at Carr Workplaces in Washington DC, where Instant said "We are always in constant communication, which has turned into an extremely successful relationship. The clients that tour their properties not only fall in love with their space, but with them, and that is why they have been so great to work with." Well done Simone and Bernadette.
