Instant has been voted one of the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For, our third annual appearance on the list.

The Best Companies list is created by surveying the staff of UK companies, judging the business on leadership, wellbeing, giving something back and much more. From this survey, results are gathered from businesses in every sector, public and not for profit, and combined to make the Top 100.

For the 2010 list, 964 companies applied to take part, with over 320,000 employees surveyed and almost 50% of those now featured new entries. Instant is proud to say it has held its place as a business in the Top 100 for three years in a row, a feat achieved by only 15% of companies and a sure sign of commitment to employee engagement and wellbeing, for which we won the special award in 2009.
