Seb Royle, Managing Director
Seb Royle joined Instant in 2003 and co-founded the Managed Office business within Instant in 2006. Seb's innovative and challenging approach to the property business, based on over 15 years’ experience, has translated into the creation of a new business model, which bridges the gap between fully serviced offices and conventional leased office space, bringing fully equipped offices on flexible terms to the market.
Seb has an unparalleled track record in building relationships with major corporate clients and in solving their increasingly sophisticated demands through intelligent and complex deal structures. He also has extensive experience in managing and growing large teams of property professionals. Prior to joining Instant, he was Corporate Director at MWB Business Exchange, where he was responsible for developing and running the corporate-led business in the UK. Before that, he was Managing Director at Techspace, where he managed Sales and Operations for New York and, latterly, North America. Seb has also held an impressive range of senior position at Regus, the world's largest provider of serviced offices, including Global Account Manager, New York, and Global Account Manager, Finance, London.
Seb holds a BSc Degree in Land Economics from the University of Paisley. He is married with three children.
