The total rent includes, in addition to the cold rent, all additional costs, electricity, cleaning, reception service, telephone and Internet connection (standard) per room and furniture (essential). The negotiated price has been fixed for the contract period; no further payments will occur apart from operational costs (see price list). Therefore, you have a cost guarantee and know exactly the monthly fees you have to calculate with. All operating costs are listed individually on the respective service bill.
