Sophie provides clients and operators with valuable insight into key market trends, in particular helping operators to make key strategic decisions to aid their growth. In her time at Instant Offices she has developed numerous longstanding relationships with operators and other key partners, contributing significantly to the growth of the business.

Rubin joined Instant In March 2016 having spent the previous four years of his career working on behalf of various trade associations in the industry including: IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), IFMA (International Facility Management Association), BOMA, SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors), and various State Realtor associations.

Having managed his own advertising agency in the past he understands the headaches involved in the search for office space and is able to easily put himself into the client’s shoes. As such he aims to take as much leg work out of a client’s search while providing them with the best and most realistic options to suit their requirements and their business.
