1. Tell us a little bit about yourself?
I have worked at Instant for just under a year, and I am currently based in London in the head office. Before joining Instant I was working for Firmdale Hotels in their sales department.
2. What’s your role at Instant?
I’m an Account Manager for EMEA clients, specialising in the Dutch, Arabic and German-speaking markets. My role involves understanding a client’s requirements, finding the perfect office solution for them and then helping them negotiate the best deal on the market.
3. Why do you enjoy working for Instant?
Instant is a great company to work for. It always inspires me to be the best, which is demanding as the markets are changing constantly and you need to adapt and enjoy the fast pace!
4. What questions are you most commonly asked by customers?
This depends on the markets. In the Middle East, questions are mostly about licensing and local laws. In Europe, it’s mainly prices and availability that I am asked about first.
5. What do you love about the city you work in?
Samuel Johnson said “When a man is tired of London, he is tired of life”. I believe that is true! It’s a city that never stops and is home to everybody who comes here. I have lived in Germany, Switzerland, China and the Netherlands but the excitement and buzz in London is unique!
