1. Tell us a little bit about yourself
I joined The Instant Group in 2015 as the Senior Operator Account Manager. I have worked previously in the property industry for over two years. Before entering the property industry I lived in both Colorado and Seattle in order to play football at both a college and professional level. It was a fantastic experience.
2. What is your role at Instant? What does that entail?
As I am the Senior Operator Account Manager, my role is focused on working closely with all of our operators globally. My aim is to forge and maintain lasting working relationships. I work with operators across the globe to help them maximise the exposure of their properties on our website, and am in daily dialogue with them as they re-fresh their adverts on an ongoing basis. I also provide support and key information to our Account Managers, so that they can help our customers to their full capacity.
3. Why do you enjoy working for Instant?
The culture at Instant Offices is fantastic; the people and the practices make it both a challenging and highly enjoyable workplace.
4. What are the most commonly asked questions in your line of work?
What is a serviced office?
5. What do you love about the city you work in?
I am London born and bred so it will always be where home is. I have done my fair share of travelling but nowhere can match the buzz and excitement of our capital city! In addition, the office space available in London is so diverse, and it’s brilliant to be able to meet with clients and operators alike to explore how businesses are working here.
6. What are the main trends you have seen in the industry since you joined Instant?
Since joining this industry I have noticed an increase in both the supply and demand for flexible workspace. With the increase in start-up companies, the market has become both very exciting and very busy! The market is not only on the rise in the UK, but EMEA is becoming a mature market, as well as new operators emerging in the AsiaPac region and the UAE.
