Instant held an evening of celebration to recognise the achievements of its staff after a year of stellar growth.
At 195 Piccadilly, home to the prestigious British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA), the Instant team gathered to recognise the performance of colleagues who had excelled in the previous year.
Over 820 nominating votes were cast across seven categories with nominees being flown in from Sydney and the USA to enjoy the ceremony. The winners on the night included Rudy Leduc, Gemma Hanvey, Bobby Sodeiri, Nicola Pearcy, Libby Humphreys, Chris Welch, Altaf Daya, James Bocking and Nicola Blane.
A full scale video production was played out for each category, which gave an awards ceremony feel to the night with Head of HR Ciara McGrath as MC and the executive board playing the role of hosts to the awards.
Tim Rodber, CEO said: “It has been a fantastic 12 months. The company is growing rapidly maintaining a 30% compound growth rate for the third year running, and the standard of work continues to improve across the business as we increase training and introduce more experience into the mix.
“I am incredibly proud of our team here at Instant and they deserve the recognition that the awards bring. We have created a client-centric focus that ensures the best advice and service possible; fundamental to that approach is having the right team on board. Congratulations to the winners on the night, but all the team deserve to be celebrated for a great year.
